Most of the responses were very helpful. You might be interested in the Luxfer response to my inquiry about the warranty policy. The response I received (without any spelling corrections) is provided below: "I received your web site inquiry. This is our current Sucba Inspection and replacement Policy, we will honor the distributors USD warranty on there cylinders. We will need proof that you are the original owner fo the cylinder by providing receipt of purchase or warranty registration card(copy). sincerely, Lucy Whitman" In my case, I am the original purchaser, however it is doubtful that I have a 25 year old receipt to provide such proof.
