One of my long term projects is to help untangle the long list of tech
diving incidents.  Jeff Bozanic is the leading collector of such data.

Information on tech diving incidents is very difficult to obtain after the
incident, so could you please provide as much as you can of what Jeff is
looking for before you do your dive?
