Hi,
I made a 15 metre on with quick couplings I bought from Barry Hallet at
Southern Cross Divers, Sydney.
The fittings come from the States.
LP and HP ends.
You push the hose in and the screw the fitting down on itself.
The hose came from PIRTEK, 300 psi.
I did not put in a one way valve, becuse I only use it in my swimming pool
(MOD = 1.5m).
If you are diving beyond 5m, I would put in a one way valve.
