Witness: I am 6', 160lbs, basically a medium-tall in reality. I wear a Large DUI polarfleece 300 undergarment. The DUI 400gm is very restrictive (can't lift your arms above your head to reach your manifold), even if I get the XL size. Which, by the way, has enough room for two of me around the waist. I wouldn't buy the DUI thinsulate suit. The fleece at least stretches enough to be usable. Check out Andy's Undies for maybe a custom thinsulate suit, or you could try Weezle (had one of those, didn't find it any warmer than fleece, and still too short in the torso, but some people swear by them). The stock sizes of the undergarments look like they are designed for people who are very large around the waist relative to their height. Also, they don't have a cut for women. I haven't gotten a response yet on this from DUI, but I would like to know which suit measurements you athletic and fit folks rely upon to pick the right size undergarment. Also, women's suits usually need to be cut differently to fit as well as men's suits -- which suit measurements do women most rely upon to get the best fit? (We will have to order the undergarments without an opportunity to try them on first since the only DUI dealer here doesn't carry stock, but only special orders when someone wants something.)
