Can I get a copy please Paul.

I note that with the compulsory presence of a 'Dive Supervisor' on the surface
whenever and wherever technical diving is taking place underwater, that the
Committee is still more interested in painting targets on operators for
insurance company lawyers to nail rather than contributing to the improvement
of technical diving standards in Australia.

Meanwhile, the Committee ensures that we remain on thin ice in regard to
diving accidents and more repressive legislation by enthusiastically sanctioning
known and recognised idiocy such as DEEP AIR and INDEPENDENT DOUBLES.

This Committee is regulating Australian technical diving into the dark ages.
Where do they FIND these people?

regards billyw
