I have never met Billy. I don't care if he uses or not, it's no one else's business. I can tell you he has a great sense of humor and his diving knowledge is right on spot. I look forward to meeting him some day and hopefully pulling a dive or two. If I ever get within arms reach of Black, I a m going to put a shine on that bald little gourd of his. Black fails to realize he has made his name synonymous with idiocy, cowardice, cheap shots and ignorance that defines the agency he is always quoting.
