Robert,

The only problem I have with the Cochran scooters is the max thrust.
Many caves require a Tekna at "9" to get any viable speed for penetration,
and that generates somewhere around 50-60 pounds of thrust.

The Baby Zepp has 90 pounds of thrust at max.

I think I recall the Cochran scooters as being rated at 24-25 pounds
of thrust.  Plenty for open water scootering (non-tech diver with
minimal current), but probably not enough for cave or technical use.
