The upside down isolator bullshit, or they have no isolator at all, just a cross bar. They also do shit like stuffed long hoses, Trashpaks, double OMS 66's, OMS steel 46 bottles for stages, AL30 pony bottles hard mounted between the dubs, etc. The reasons (this is the stone truth, direct quotes) provided by his students: "I was taught in life guards school to never have anything around my neck" as reason for stuffing the long hose. "You're getting the hose I give you or nothing at all." when asked about how to get to the backup reg in a hurry. "Don't need one, that's for cave divers." when asked about no isolator "So the guy at the fill station wont mess with it and turn it off for me." when asked about the upside down isolator knob. You can instantly ID any of Nadeau's or Weinberg's victims from across the parking lot. Big ass IANTD stickers on everything. However, to tell what the actual mix in the bottles is, you have to read what was written with a ball point pen in a small space on the huge IANTD stickers. Ask JJ how they got treated when he and Andrew went to Canada for the Technical Diving conference (IANTD circle jerk). Soon as they (the local IANTD cadre) heard you guys were coming to the Scuba festival, they ran like scalded dogs. Within 1/2 hour of my posts that you guys were coming, the phone started ringing at the organizers desk, warning of impending doom if you guys were "allowed" to attend. I wonder why they dont want to be seen on the same lawn with you guys?
