Gee, and I thought it was where you got tanked or what you kept raising every 
time people did better or what gymnasts swing around or a railing in a 
courtroom or a bunch of judges that hand down judgments or something to show 
rank on a uniform or a vertical line in writing music or oh, what the 
hell.... you get the idea ;-))
