According to the people at PST: "Scuba cylinders are rated at their maximum service pressure for volume.Example is LP series is 80cf @ 2640psi or HP series is 80 cf @ 3500 psi." Thus the LP-120s refer to 2640psi. The metric volume then is: (120Cuft = 3397.9 liters) / (2640 psi = 182.03 bar) = 18.67 liters. (this exact number is probably not entirely correct though, because of some uncertain factors involved...)
