Hi Guys,

I have acquired a nice stainless steel backplate that seems to be too long 
for me.  I am 5'5" and my ABS and Al backplates are all around 15 1/2" long.  
 But this SS backplate is 19" long.

Any one have experience using a backplate this long?  If as I suspect, it's 
too long for me, is it reasonable to swap it for a shorter SS backplate?

Thoughts please ...

Some weeks it's just not worth the effort to gnaw through the restraints and 
scramble up out of the pit.
