If your based somewhere like New Zealand as I am, with no one diving = DIR, this list becomes an excellent tool for learning and improvement. = So before you throw in the towel, if you seriously want to learn about = technical diving and DIR, then use the list but remember who your = dealing with and don't expect then to answer stupid or unresearched = questions.
