It  sounds  interesting.  I had the oportunity to "feel" the
isolation  qualities  of  that  ceramic wool ... you can put
your  hand on the box of a ceramics oven isolated with a 1.5
cm  layer of that wool: temperature inside: over 1000º C ...
it is amazing ... it was created by some NASA contarctor for
isolation  of  space  ships ... it is extremely light, cheap
and  it  would  be amazing for diving suits ... it could get
bad  if  wet,  I  dont  know  ... but it could be covered by
natural rubber or some elastic epoxy or similar and squeezed
into a thin layer of the suit material ...
