Thanks for the reply Paul, I'll admit I have used creatine in the past, but really did not feel it was beneficial for the workouts I do. This probably because I never loaded up on creatine and used it infrequently. I know many who sear by it, but I was always concerned about the negative effects I have heard it has on the liver. Being the cautious type, I discontinued use. I can live without the product that "might" be linked to something I don't need, AKA Cancer.
