First they must be tested. They have been sitting in storage to long. this is 
very dangerous, and has to be done right. Serious explosions can occur.
Send them to me and I will put they through a series of extensive tests, this 
will take a few years. I will keep you informed as to the outcome of each 
dive, oops I mean test.
