All river levels in the area are still below normal with excellent =
visibilities in the Santa Fe and Suwannee for the Artifact hunters. =
Algae bloom in area sinks has disappeared and offer blue water for =
diving. Temps have been in the 60's.
Here's an update on the following area Springs & Sinks:

Peacock Spring 1: Cavern area and cave system exceptionally clear. Very =
low flow.=20

Orange Grove Sink: Crystal clear. The new steps are complete and this =
area was reopened for diving today.
Get this..."Wheelchair accessible". Draw your own conclusions.

Telford Spring: Make this one a must! It doesn't get any better, any =
other time. Guard your gear....don't be someone else's Santa. (If you =
can get permission.....hit Luraville II.)

Cow Spring: Just do it upstream.

Little River Spring: Cracklin', moderate flow......pull'n glide to the =
3-way Split!

Royal Spring: A favorite for openwater diving. Blue water and low flow. =
Nice set of steps to the water.

Troy Spring: This 1st magnitude is blasting very clear. The run is only =
about 3 ft deep. The BEST openwater dive in the area.
Steamboat wreck in the run. Depth to 75 ft.

Devils' Eye Spring: Blue water.

Myrtle's fissure: What a flow!...but clearer than normal.
Did not dive it, but dress warm...this one is a river system.
Action Fracture: Spitting "Ginnie" water. Crystalline blue water. Forget =
it unless you can armor plate your hoses!

Happy Holidays to the List! We hope Santa will make all your diving =
dreams a reality.
Future postings of "Spring Conditions" will move from Techdiver to =
www.steamboatdiveinn.com
now under construction, where it will be frequently updated.
