As a cave diver I would recommend the Do It Right systems from Halcyon. Back 
plate, harness and wings are the way to go for all types of diving. Stay away 
from the tech type BC systems and Dive-Rite transpack type stuff and stick to 
a simple rig. For more info go see the Global Underwater Explorers site or 
WKPP site. Keep it simple and you will be happier. I do have to admit some of 
those fancier systems feel nicer sometimes, but at the cost of swimming 
efficiency and function it isn't worth it.
