#24 braided nylon twine. The spool of twine I happen to have is manufactured by Brownell & Co, Inc., Moodus CT 06469. I'm not saying you need this exact manufacturer, this is just the one I happen to have in front of me in case you can't find any braided twine in your area (note that twisted twine is quite common -- and you don't want it).
