Well in England I can recomend the boat Maureen run by Mike Rowley. He has 
or is just about to have it put in. He is based out of Dartmouth on the 
south coast of Devon. He makes regular trips across the channel to dive the 
Normandy coast, Channel Islands, and the Scilly Isles. He sleeps 12 and 
costs about  400 a week depending how far you go. I can recommend him to 
any American divers interested in diving British waters as he has an 
excellent knowledge of the south coast and the area around Normandy.
