There was a recent article in the NY Times about diving the Edmund
Fitzgerald, which sits in Ontario, right at the US/Canada boundary.
Ontario legislation would make it off limits to divers, and that is
the families wishes too.  Counterpoint:  Then other wrecks with
fatalities should be off limits too.  I suspect diving on the Fitz
will be by government permit only, for some time.  MJB
