To be fair, it has been pointed out to me (not by Greg, no response from him) that Richard Roost was not a student of zambos, on the Labor Day dive. They were just buddies. what a way to treat your buddy! This brings me to another question, Greg. What organization did you hold your open water inst. cert with before becoming a tech inst.? Did you hold any leadership position for any organization? It is my understanding, you went from diver to tech instructor in one leap. Who are you with tdi or iantd? Do you feel this lack of training was a factor in the way you handled the situation when Richard bent himself? I understand that nothing was done for richard roost even as he lay in tears on the back of the boat due to the pain. you taught him well. I understand he was found on the doria stages intact, no sign of struggle, when the recovery divers found him, about 2 years ago. thanks for helping to clear this up Alan Pelstring Alan Pelstring S.
