Stainless Steel is less than optimal with HP O2 because the burning threshold
per ASTM G124 for 316 stainless is only 500 psia. Brass 360 on the other hand
has a threshold of >10,000 psia. Given that fill whips, etc experience much
adiabatic compression (one of several great ignition sources), use brass.
