Matt, I'm not real sure but I think Scuba Center has a boat and does
charters.
They have 2 stores in the Mpls./St.Paul area.
Not a lot of sites in the Duluth area except for the Wilson.
Went up last weekend with the hope of diving the Onoko but had bad weather.
The Onoko is something like 6 miles southeast of the Knife River marina, and
is upside down in around 220ft. of water.
With fall and winter coming most diving is done for the season. But if the
weather stay's as nice as it has been you never know.
