Scott Koplin is a liar, who claims to have more experience and
knowledge than he really does. I have listed some of his best quotes
in The Best of Scott, http://x71.deja.com/getdoc.xp?AN=616597790, and
The Best of Scott, Part II, http://x57.deja.com/threadmsg_ct.xp?AN=675687735.

Still, some people think I have made these quotes up, asking for links to
prove that Scott said them. Well here ya go...proof that Scott said them,
proof that he is a liar, and proof that he should be forever ignored
(along with his like-minded friends):

Introduction on techdiver, November 4, 1997:
http://www.nwls.com/list-archive/reademail.asp?id=6684
Note well, "I have 15 logged dives, and about 30 unlogged...."

Thousands of dives claimed on techdiver, February 27, 2000:
http://www.nwls.com/list-archive/reademail.asp?id=59925
Note well, "You (MJB) like to brag about 1,000+ dives in. I hit that
number years ago."

Thousands of dives also claimed on rec.scuba, February 27, 2000:
http://x61.deja.com/threadmsg_ct.xp?AN=590679650
Note well, "thousands of dives worth behind me..."

ZERO logs of dives claimed on techdiver, January 18, 2000:
http://www.nwls.com/list-archive/reademail.asp?id=29328
Note well, "I have a 2 PADI C cards, and two IANTD shingles, and ZERO
logs of my dives."

Scott, scottk@hc*.co*, would be deadmeat under oath, in a court of law.
These examples are but a few to illustrate that he is in contempt of
court on rec.scuba and techdiver. All his quotes and lies are in the
permanent record, and Scott Koplin needs to shut up permanently. Need
more convincing, check the archives. Someone could get hurt believing
anything Scott Koplin says. MJB
