You're not on rec.scuba, so you're not aware of his "sockpuppet trick". Very
soon, several new "subscribers" with my-deja and yahoo mail accounts will
appear extolling how glad they are that a smart doc like him is here to
fight the forces of evil.

When that happened on rec.scuba, someone was sharp enough to note that all
of the posts were sent at times Black was already on-line. In one case, he
"responded" to a post one minute after the "poster" (sockpuppet) sent it
originally.

This message is for the newer (or more gullible) members of the list.

     Doc Black has reared his pathetic head on this list again to spew =
forth the gospel according to MJB. At that level, it's not a bad thing but =
he has gone way beyond (or, more likely, way short of...) providing =
useable information. Most of the people on this list recognize him for the =
buffoon he is and are amused by his antics of trying to be taken seriously.=
 He is the Barney Fife of Techdiver.=20

     My concern is that someone on this list may not have the background =
to see the humor in his rantings. If anyone thinks for a moment that MJB =
has a valid point on diving procedures, please, contact me privately and =
I'll  clarify the issue for you.=20
