Usually its just the reverse. You go in asking for medical He, or asking
too many dumb questions about whether their stuff meets Navy standard 007,
and they refuse to sell you anything because you might be BREATHING the
stuff.

Then you have to wait a couple days, then call up and order a tank for your
welder and everyone is happy again.
