Deltran or Chargetek 3 stage smart chargers. Check around on the net and
you can probably find one for $40-50.

For cheap, go to Sears and buy a Sears-branded Shumacher for $28, take it
home and check that it doesn't cut off too low and, if it does,  keep
returning it until you find one that doesn't.
