Not if you take care of it and wear enough weight so you can properly inflate the suit. I spend a couple of hours at a time hovering around a shark cage in 64-68 degree water, usually in a fair current. I get cold even in 400g. DUI's claim of 40-50 degrees is far short of accurate, IMO.
