First, let me qualify my question by stating that I have been inactive for a couple of years and I am not a "Technical" diver. Just someone who would like to expand his knowledge base. I'm perfectly happy diving within the "recreational" limits. Feel free to flame me all you like. Just curious, what does the NOAA Manual and or the U.S. Navy Manual say about this subject, if anything? Kent R.
