Two things annoy me: 1) By the time I get the "Do you really want to post this message?" inquiry there's no point in responding in the affirmative because someone else has already made the same point (this is just one reason I don't post to the list often though). and... 2) Reading replies on the list before the original post arrives (mainly because messages are sent privately and CC'd to the list and the original sender hasn't had time to confirm the message should be posted).
