Subject: Question on tanks
Date: Tue, 22 Aug 2000 15:37:00 -0400
Pardon if this is a dumb question. According to the WKPP site, AL 80 are
preferred for ocean dives, but steel is recommended for cave dives. On the
other hand the GUE site says that steel 95's are the tank of choice for most
divers. I am currently looking at a set of steel 95's (seems like a good
price), but I want to be sure that I am getting the correct gear for this
cost. Also, I don't want to drop this cash just to find out that "HP is the
way to go" or "120's are the DIR way".

What is the consensus on this since the two big sites seem to contradict a
little on tanks?

Thanks,
