Has anyone thought of moving techdiver to something like http://www.eGroups.com/ ? I don't know who or what runs TechDiver but eGroups (or any of the other free list servers) could probably do everything that's offered now and then some. It would allow a place to put attachements like Scotts so people could download it if they wished. It also allows you to set up DB's, surveys, read-online or off, etc... I don't know if other people experience this but it usually takes somewhere around 40 hours for my posts to come back for confirmation and be posted. This one was sent at 12:00 noon 8/21/00.
