I was advised not to get OMS tanks as they are much more
positively bouyant as they breathe down than other steel tanks,
which seemed very strange to me.  Is this a true characteristic
of OMS tanks?  I like the thought of the hot dip galvanizing as
a tough and durable coating.  Thanks in advance.
