Hi Jeff My girlfriend uses a Halcyon backplate which is exactly the same size as mine. She is 5' 3" 100 lbs and I am 6' 3" 225 lbs. She loves it and it fits fine. I fitted it to her the same way I adjusted mine i.e., shoulder straps just loose enough to easily get out of then tightened the crotch strap to hold the rig down and keep the shoulder straps in place. I think I read this somewhere on the list and it worked well.
