Dr. Black, Yes, doctor, I pissed him off because I was tied up to a mooring that he considered his, but that does not excuse his actions endangering the lives of my divers. Whoever gave you the "word" that I got a citation is as misinformed as you. I have never, for any reason, received a citation from the Coast Guard or any other authority on the water. If you or any one else can prove otherwise I'll give you my boat. If you cannot, I expect an apology.
