I just found out that I know at least four of the divers who were on this 
trip to the Gunilda at 260ffw. 
They are a long way from being DIR divers and do not claim to be such. 
One of them had a Tee shirt on that mentioned DIR and that is apparently what 
made this Randy person  think they were all DIR divers.
