Both tables seem a bit long. The IANTD ones are probably longer because they have to cater for the = worst case (overweight, unfit dehydrated etc diver). Also, why use O2 at 3m? 6m is = much better. Decoplan, with an instant descent (so a real 25 bottom time), with GFLo = of 30% and GFHi of 100% gives: 1m @ 15m (on 19/28) 1m @ 12m (on 19/28) 2m @ 9m (on 19/28) 5m @ 6m (on 100%) Using a 50% mix for deco gives: 1m @ 21m (on 50%) 1m @ 18m (on 50%) 1m @ 15m (on 50%) 1m @ 12m (on 50%) 1m @ 9m (on 50%) 5m @ 6m (on 50%) Spending a bit more time at 21m ( to take advantage of the Oxygen Window) gives: 5m @ 21m (on 50%) 1m @ 18m (on 50%) 1m @ 15m (on 50%) 1m @ 12m (on 50%) 1m @ 9m (on 50%) 2m @ 6m (on 50%) (Use these at your own risk. I just ran some numbers through the = program). Given the choice between the Abyss and the IANTD tables, I'd go for the Abyss one. Given a real choice, I'd use the last set of Decoplan tables.
