I can believe it in the 'magic circles' that the tech. instructors belong to.

George is smashing wide open all the agency BS and old wives tales and making
tech diving
safer along the way.
The process will be completed when GUE can offer tech courses world wide. 
Punters
will then be able
to chose instruction and advice from the best of the best, rather than the worst
of the worst.

I guess this is the nub of the problem for you Mr HeliumDiver?
