It's real good for getting a narc buzz without having to go nearly
as deep on air.  No, I don't do it for kicks, but I've heard of folks
training for DEEP dives by using it to acclimate themselves.  You know,
sort of simulating narcosis effects at a deeper depth, without actually
having to find a hole that deep to train in.

Nitrox and Pure O2 are the best things I know of for deco.
