Hello, I have received an Halcyon Stainless Steel Backplate, I was surprised by the number of holes on this backplate so I guess I have few questions. There are SIX holes for the bolts, 4 are square ones and 2 are round ones. Why so many holes ? I thought that two square would be enough. There are four opening in the middle of the backplate, seems like you can put 2 inches webbing thru these holes. What are you supposed to use these holes for ? And last but not least, you have two square holes at the bottom of the backplate when the others on the border also are round. I don't understand what they are supposed to be used with. Seems to me this backplate is a nice job, I don't fully understand the use of all the holes and openings on it that's all. kiki -- Send mail for the `techdiver' mailing list to `techdiver@aquanaut.com'.
