Without actual trials and scientific study we can make educated guesses, but that's all they are. It seems to me that study in this area is in its infancy and it's much too early to say definitively what is true and what is actually effective. I wonder of the US Navy and/or commercial diving operations are doing any studies in this area? Still, this isn't going to curtail my use of 1/4 to 1/2 tablet of aspirin. It has other uses too.
