Bill,
I have had shipping boxes for computers made out of an inexpensive new type
of material that is similar to corrogated cardboard, except that it is an
extruded
plastic.  This stuff is very rigid.  They say its shipping life is about 50
trips.  The
limited life is offset by it's low cost.  My guess is a box for your zepp would
run
in the $200 range.  This is significantly cheaper than the more traditional
boxes
used for camera and other sensitive electronic gear.  All of the boxes have to
be custom made and the dealer I used wanted the equipment in order to build
the foam inside to a perfect fit.  If you call South Pac Inc. in Atlanta GA and
ask
about the material, you may find a dealer closer to you that will build the
custom
