This summer and Fall I'm planning some dives along the same lines with
the Oklahoma Historical Society and then as part of my cave training with
OCDA
I can tell you right off though that at those temps and durations you can
plan on some decompression time. Maybe not the massive times you've heard of
, but enough to warrant a smallish stage (30-40 cf) bottle of O2. I trust
you are diving dry, staying well hydrated, and using a p-valve.
Even tho the depth seems shallow, the temp and duration make me think
that maybe helium would be a good idea here. Anyone care to comment?
In the meantime If you want send me some of your planned profiles and
I'll run them through Decoplanner and GAP.

What type of problems are you going to run into when you extend the running
time from 2 hours to 3-5 hours or so?
I'm planning a "long" but very shallow (40-50ft) dive, 45-55F.
