Remember the idiot kid in class that kept trying to make the other kids laugh by doing stupid shit like falling off chairs, and other inane and useless crap? That is what this moron is doing, and as long as people keep "ranting" as he calls it, he gets the attention he so dearly wants. If we all just ignore him, maybe he will go back to Rec.Scuba where nobody will notice how stupid he is anyway, since it is the domain of the PADI OWSI anyway. He doesn't dive tech, he can't comprehend DIR and isn't doing the dives anyway so is not likely to hurt anyone...ignore him.
