Sea Elite has been selling 3/4" thread 300 BAR DIN manifolds for years.
They are the same Italian-made manifold as the DiveRite except in a polished
finish rather than a shot finish. Now I think Halcyon is distributing them
as well.

As far as 300 BAR valves for 3/4" thread single tanks, they exist as well.
I bought a bunch of 300 BAR Thermo DIN valves a few years ago and put them
on all of my AL80s.
