dr. black, what luck you have. i am only 30 miles from you. own a boat and dive about 3-5 times per week in lake michigan. i have some real nice wrecks i dive. they prob. will renain nice and pristene due to their depth (>200). i was going over my schedule for june and find i have an open spot on the boat for june 17 or 18. that day the dive is scheduled for the GRACE CHANNON a schooner lost off racine wisc. a REAL nice dive, aft cabin is still on the deck (not often found). it sits straight up. rigging and dead eyes are all there. if ya wanna go see me @ racine dock 8am june 17. look for the boat named "DEPTH WISH" has a mural on both sides of a shipwreck with a coffin sticking out of the sand next to the wreck. look close and you will see bubbles escaping out of the coffin,,,,,,,,,btw,,,,it has "jim" on the coffin. looking forward to seeing you there 8am sharp...oh yea,,after 205' you JUST MIGHT touch it,,,if you have a long arm,,REAL long.....this will be as usual a mixed gas dive ,100%o2 will be hung at 30 feet,,,,,,,,bring 3 lights as it will be a bit dark.....water temp @ that depth will be around 39-43 deg. see ya there, jim haberski oc-cc-oc -- Send mail for the `techdiver' mailing list to `techdiver@aquanaut.com'.
