Isn't "heart attack" the leading cause of death amongst technical divers? (ducking multiple flying objects) Why is it that the first thing speculated, before the coroner's inquiry, is always "heart attack"? I also like the quote used, advising to "keep a buddy at arms length." Where have we heard that before? ...
