Prices differ according to region of course, but Florida seems to be particularly cheap. I just started my own station (2He and 3 O2) and pay to Tri-Tech in Tampa: 45$ a year per bottle, 44$ for 221 CF of He, and 24$ for 337 CF for O2. I talked them down from a 300$ deposit to 100$ as well as a cheaper rental price by pleading student poverty. Another local company, Crumpton, wants 75$ deposit for each cylinder, 48$ for a one year lease per bottle, and charges 50 for 219 of He and 19$ for 336 of O2. Tri-tech has no problem for home delivery and pick-up and had a lower deposit charge, so I went with them. I will try to get them to match the price of the O2 next time I go in to order parts for a cascade (unless anyone knows of a supplier really cheap). -- Send mail for the `techdiver' mailing list to `techdiver@aquanaut.com'.
