GASMIX has now been updated to Ver.5.2. I've e-mailed updated versions to all registred users. If any have problems receiving the file, or have changed e-mail address, please let me know. GASMIX is a DOS based program for gas blending calculations. A demo version will be available soon from Jim Cobb's Trimix web site. The demo version limits the allowable He (%) in the mix to 40%, but is otherwise identical to the full version (USD 20). The following mixing scenarios are covered. 1 : NITROX 2 : HELIAIR 3 : TRIMIX based on HELIUM, OXYGEN and AIR 4 : TRIMIX based on HELIOX and AIR 5 : TRIMIX based on HELIUM and NITROX 6 : TRIMIX based on HELIUM, OXYGEN and NITROX 7 : Air Top Up of EAN or TRIMIX 8 : Calculate Gas Consumption 9 : HELIAIR table 10 : Display output file, MIXDAT.OUT 11 : Units : Metric or Imperial 12 : Gas Model : Real or Ideal 13 : Narcotic Oxygen : Yes or No 14 : Display compressibility factors 15 : Show updates 16 : EXIT -- Send mail for the `techdiver' mailing list to `techdiver@aquanaut.com'.
