BSAC Headquarters, Telford's Quay, Ellesmere Port, Merseyside, England. 
If you want to call there in person:-
It is open office hours Monday to Friday.
Go off the motorway at the junction at the east end of Ellesmere Port and 
follow the signs to the canal boat museum. Then go behind the canal boat 
museum on its right and to the end of the street.
The BSAC magazine is nowadays called `Diver'.
